Great Expectations em aula de língua inglesa

Este artigo relata o desenvolvimento de atividades para a utilização do romance Great Expectations de Charles Dickens, na perspectiva da cultura, na sala de aula de língua inglesa. Procuramos suporte teórico em Kramsch, Kristeva, Byram, e McCarthy e Carter. O discurso da cultura urbana foi identificado como o mais recorrente na obra. Alguns fragmentos da obra foram selecionados e em seguida elaboramos atividades para a sala de aula de língua inglesa. Este processo pode ser aplicado a outros textos literários também, assim produzindo atividades para serem utilizados dentro da perspectiva cultural.
