PFL teaching in Cuba

Cuban society, during the last four decades, has gone through different stages of development and prominent places in spheres such as biotechnology, medicine, education, among others. In the education sector, the teaching of foreign languages in Cuba has contributed to communication, understanding and mutual knowledge between peoples. The objective of this work is to show how the teaching of Portuguese has gained prominence within the set of languages learned in Cuba.
