The objective of this article was to discuss the educational programs of institutions aimed at training migrant women, based on the voices of migrant women and experts in Seville. From a qualitative perspective, 18 interviews were conducted. The data were subjected to hermeneutic interpretation and discussed from an intersectional analysis that considers different axes of inequality. The results show that educational programs offer training and reception but focus on training linked to occupations stigmatized as underemployment, with some exceptions. At the same time, they are presented as spaces for integration, inclusion, and exchange.
