O psicodrama para a educação no trabalho: uma proposta

Este texto apresenta algumas reflexões e conclusões sobre o Psicodrama como método apropriado para o Desenvolvimento de Programas de Educação no Trabalho. Este artigo estuda os problemas do Papel Profissional na atualidade, com a Globalização, colocando a Educação Profissional como componente que constitui uma necessidade muito importante para a sobrevivência das empresas, mas numa concepção humanista da questão.
