Una perspectiva feminista de los cuentos de hadas: The Bloody Chamber and Other Stories, de Angela Carter, en el sistema literario brasileño

En consonancia con los estudios feministas transnacionales de la traducción, este artículo analiza The Bloody Chamber and Other Stories, de Angela Carter, traducido al portugués brasileño, buscando comprender cómo la escritora inglesa del siglo XX es presentada por las voces femeninas que en Brasil la editaron, prologaron y tradujeron. Se discuten las dos ediciones brasileñas de la obra, considerando sus propuestas y enfoques: la primera, con un prefacio de Vivian Wyler y traducción de Carlos Nougué, publicada por la editorial Rocco (1999), y la segunda, con curadoría de Marina Colasanti y con prefacio y traducción de Adriana Lisboa, publicada por la editorial TAG/Dublinense (2017), en un proyecto editorial realizado exclusivamente por mujeres. La investigación se centra en dos aspectos: el tema del mecenazgo, en el que es posible relacionar la recepción de Carter en Brasil con la lectura feminista de su obra hecha por Wyler, Colasanti y Lisboa en los paratextos y metatextos de las ediciones; y el de la reescritura como el núcleo de la creación literaria de Carter, en lo que se unen cuestiones estéticas y políticas y se subvierten jerarquías naturalizadas. Se considera que estos proyectos de traducción proponen un diálogo necesario en la cultura receptora desde la lectura feminista de la obra de Carter.
