Mauro Capelari, PhD in Public Administration and Public Policy, Professor, Center for Sustainable Development, University of Brasília, Brasília, Brazil

Professor at the Center for Sustainable Development at the University of Brasília (CDS/UnB) and at the Graduate Program in Sustainable Development (PPGCDS/UnB). Postdoctoral in Socio-Environmental Policy and Management (CDS/UnB 2017-2020) and PhD in Public Administration and Public Policy (FACE/UnB 2013-2017). Member of the Policy and Sustainability Laboratory - PóliS/CDS. Researches socio-environmental public policies, public policy analysis models, institutions and sustainability.

Carolina Milhorance, PhD in Political Science, Researcher, CIRAD - Centre de coopération intern en recherche agronomique pour le développement, Montpellier, France

Political Science Researcher at CIRAD (UMR Art-Dev). Carolina has participated in research projects in Latin America, Southern and West Africa. Building on political sociology, network analysis, and field research, her work focuses on climate and food policy, environmental governance, south-south cooperation, policy transfer, and cross-sectoral policy challenges. Author of the book « New Geographies of Global Policy-Making: South-South Networks and Rural Development Strategies », Routledge.

Suely de Araújo, PhD in Political Science, Professor, IDP - Brazilian Institute of Education, Development and Research, Brasília, Brazil

Urban planner and lawyer. She holds a degree in Architecture and Urbanism from the University of Brasília (1984) and in Law from the Unified Teaching Center of Brasília (1997). She has a master's degree (2007) and a doctorate (2013) in political science from the University of Brasília, with research in the areas of public policy and legislative studies. Retired Legislative Consultant of the Chamber of Deputies (Feb. 1991 - Feb. 2020), working in the areas of environment and environmental law, urban planning and urban law. Senior specialist in public policies at the Climate Observatory. Full collaborator researcher at the Institute of Political Science at the University of Brasília (Ipol/UnB). Professor in the master's degree in public administration at the Brazilian Institute of Education, Development and Research (IDP). She was President of the Brazilian Institute of the Environment and Renewable Natural Resources-IBAMA (2016/2018).
