Firstly, the article describes the profile and trajectories of those young employees using a longitudinal panel based on Rais-Migra-Vínculos data, allowing track for ten years of their transitions in the Brazilian labor market. Secondly, it analyzes the experience of seeking employment in agencies, based on interviews and ethnographic observation conducted in São Paulo’s main cluster of job intermediaries.
