Insurgent law as the law of emerging classes

This text analyzes selected texts by Celso da Silva Soares and his contribution to initiating the discussion on insurgent law as the law of emerging classes. According to the author, the labor movement creates insurgent law through collective bargaining in a democratic environment with freedom of organization, supported by legal services.
