Abstract

Tourist destination assumes certainly challenges as the diversification of tourism products, finding tourist satisfaction, how to increase the average tourist spending and reducing seasonality. But, are resources, on which products and services are based, always accessible to the client-tourist? This article aims to analyze the management holding the Cathedrals of Palma de Mallorca and Barcelona regarding issues of accessible tourism is concerned. There are three objectives to achieve: first one is to understand how the Cathedrals manage the problems of people with physical disabilities can find during their tourist visits on its places; the second one to know it’s to find out which lines worked availability: drive, deafness or blindness; and finally, the third one is to see to what extent has become adaptation, if a fully or partially manner.
