In this brief pandemic account, Brenda Ríos invites the readers to share a smile with everyone who can project themselves in many of the situations described by the author in first person. Cook for twenty and eat alone, pry into the affairs of the front door neighbor, be harassed by strangers on the internet, reframe the family from a new perspective. And at the same time, realize that the world and the pains from before still remain in a new “ungoverned” which we do not know where will go.
