Apresente entrevista reúne os principais pontos apresentados por José Eli da Veiga no encontro Preparando a Rio+20: Por um Mundo Sustentável, realizado no período de 24 e 26 de outubro de 2011, em Brasília. Por considerar de grande contribuição para o debate da Conferência das Nações Unidas, Sustentabilidade em Debate decidiu registrar a apresentação deste especialista. Para isso foram elaboradas algumas questões, que foram gentilmente respondidas por José Eli da Veiga. José Eli da Veiga, 64, é professor dos programas de pós-graduação do Instituto de Relações Internacionais da Universidade de São Paulo (IRI/USP) e do Instituto de Pesquisas Ecológicas (IPÊ).
