This theoretical-analytical essay offers a geographical reading of the foundations, convergences, and distinctions between Regenerative Agriculture (RA) and Agroecology (AE). Based on the premise that agricultural models produce different territorialities, the study relies on an integrative review of national and international literature (2012–2024). The analysis of 54 publications, articulated with references from Agrarian Literature, reveals that while both approaches converge in technical practices of sustainable management, they radically diverge in their spatial and territorial projects. RA, with its often corporate governance and focus on the ecological efficiency of the farm unit, tends to align with the spatial logic of agribusiness. AE, on the other hand, shapes territories of resistance by integrating political and cultural dimensions, strengthening family farming, short food supply chains, and food sovereignty. It is concluded that the dialogue between these approaches encounters conflicts of territoriality, representing not merely technical choices but distinct projects for the organization of agrarian space.
