Georgia were sprayed with the extracts and placed in Petri dishes containing hatched caterpillar. Ethanolic extracts of leaves and branches yam caused mortality up to 92.0% at the lowest concentration (1.25%). Aqueous extracts of Chenopodium, at both concentrations tested, caused mortality of 75.0%.
