To understand the behavior of producers facing these changes took place research with the aim of analyzing the perception of aspects of sustainability, from the viewpoint of organic producers in the region of Florianópolis - SC. For this, we used the technique of the Collective Subject Discourse for analysis of the collected data through semi-structured interviews applied to organic producers. The research showed that the perception of producers, environmental aspects of sustainability have greater relevance.
