This interview integrates vol. 6, no. 12 of PatryTer, which pays homage to Professor Delfina Trinca Fighera, for her important contribution to Latin American Geography since 1966, when she began her studies at the Central University of Venezuela (UCV); more than half a century dedicated to the advancement of the discipline. This issue of PatryTer is dedicated to Delfina Trinca for her vigor, enthusiasm and permanent dedication to the production and dissemination of geographic knowledge in Latin America. The cover of this vol. 6., no. 12 of the magazine contains a representative photograph of one of the main economic activities in Venezuela, the landscape of oil extraction in Lake Maracaibo, very significant for our honoree.Downloads
