Between 1918 and 1922, several volumes of the Complete Works of V. I. Lenin, organized by the publishing house Progress from Moscow, document an intense correspondence sent by Lenin to D. I. Kurski, including dozens of letters, telegrams and notes, as well as copies of missives to others and other references in his writings, between what was preserved and what was lost but maintained historical records. The present communication is cited by E. B. Pashukanis in connection with his criticism of the problem of bureaucratism.
