The Alternative Food Network (RAA) appears in opposition and as an alternative to the Industrial Agro-Food System and is consolidated in the collaborative relationship, which permeates the context of production and consumption of healthy foods, with the countryside and the city. It highlights the socio-productive inclusion in the promotion of Territorial Agro-Food Systems (SAT) with emphasis on ecological practices in Productive Backyards and Short Circuits (CC). This converges with the promotion of healthy eating for Sovereignty and Food and Nutrition Security (SSAN). The Interinstitutional Agroecological Fair (FIA) since 2019 in the Goiânia at the IFG, the IF Goiano and the UFG. In 2020 and 2021, as a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic, there was a transition to the virtual format, with the process that deals with this transition being the focus of the research on screen. The objective of the research was to understand the operationalization of the Virtual Interinstitutional Agroecological Fair (FIAV) in the context of production and supply of food, through the methodology of existential/integral action research. Research were developed horizontally and dialogically in the light of popular and scientific know-how, in the protagonism and emancipation of rural territories, transcending the economic-mercantile dimension, optimizing the operationalization of FIAV, the socio-productive inclusion of family farmers, in addition to expanding agricultural potential and access to healthy foods in institutional environments. FIAV is an RAA that promoted healthy eating with SSAN, CC, SAT, Social Management and the construction of agroecological knowledge. Among the challenges encountered, there is that of the family farmers (re)existing the socio-environmental impacts; have access to Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and to strengthen the Bandeiras de Lutas. The prospection, on the other hand, weaves for the continuity and decentralization of the FIAV. And the reaffirmation of the inter-institutional, to make available the execution of the FIAV.
