No ano de 2011 Linhas Críticas incorporou mudanças significativas com relação aspolíticas de encaminhamento de artigos e acesso dos números publicados nas versõesimpressa e eletrônica. No Diretório de Periódicos Acadêmicos da Universidade de Brasília,acessível através do novo siteda revista – www.linhascriticas.fe.unb.br – foramdisponibilizados todos os números publicados desde o ano de criação da revista em1995. Linhas Críticas tornou-se uma revista 100% on-line, aderindo, dessa forma, àspolíticas da cultura digital que vem incentivando o livre e rápido acesso ao conhecimentoproduzido nas universidades. Tal empreendimento contou com recursos recebidosatravés de editais do CNPq – Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico eTecnológico e do Decanato de Pesquisa e Pós-Graduação da Universidade de Brasília.O fato de Linhas Críticas ter sido contemplada nestes editais de grande concorrênciarevela a confiabilidade e o reconhecimento dos esforços empreendidos no sentido demelhorar a qualidade do periódico.
