A study on the beliefs that make up the practice of teachers in the classroom

A study on the concept that the teacher has about ideal learning, making an analysis of the elements that underlie the performance of the teacher in the classroom: culture of learning and teaching, habits and beliefs. To this end, I intend to answer the following questions: What are the investigated teachers' beliefs about ideal learning? Where do those beliefs come from? Why do teachers value certain attitudes in their students over others?
