Sensitive themes in History teaching demand a special preparation from the teachers, in the sense of evolving the students in the knowledge construction. The theme under discussion in this paper suffers from what is called, by the Present Time theorists, contemporaries pressure, that is, the existence of witnesses who can contradict the historical conceptions. Because of the problems that evolve the military dictatorship theme, the present proposal uses the board game 7.0 Archive to analyze the conjecture. The game is settled in the period and has as protagonists missing politicians in different circumstances. The playful challenge was verified in an elementary school class in Caxias do Sul (RS), that followed as a proposal and instructional sequence. The paper presents the results of the experience.
