Abstract

Apresenta considerações sobre a arquitetura da informação organizacional e sobre o gerenciamento de conjuntos de competências em espaços de informações digitais. São discutidas a gestão de competências e sua importância para o trabalho dos profissionais que atuam nesses ambientes.
