Abstract

This is a translation into Portuguese language of the interview carried out by Christina Kapadocha with Patricia Bardi on her research on Somatics of Voice in Performance. The focus is to understand how Bardi defines her vocal-physical work as expression of the somatic movement. The artist and somatic practitioner informs about her work tools based on the embodiment of organs with movement and vocalization, in addition to delimiting the dimensions that complete the training she offers in her four-year program, combining what she calls Vocal Dance, Voice Movement Integration (VMI) and Vital Movement Integration Bodywork (VMIB).
