ABYA-YALA - JOURNAL ON ACCESS TO JUSTICE AND RIGHTS IN THE AMERICAS invites researchers, professors and specialists working on access to justice and rights in the Americas to submit articles unpublished for their editions. The receipt of articles is carried out continuously and the texts must be submitted using the electronic publishing system.
