This article is an exercise, a provocation, in order to contribute to the denaturalization of our perspective in the face of hegemonic epistemologies that make up academic knowledge, including the field of Performing Arts. Starting from the question: “Does silence exist?”, I propose a reinterpretation of the book Textos para nada, by Samuel Beckett, through the lenses of animism and Amerindian perspectivism. The invitation is to establish a dialogue between the voices of Beckett's narrator with other knowledge and practices “forgotten” by us through our colonization process, to, perhaps, invite him to come out of the hole, enter into a relationship, collectivize- if.
