Abstract

The objective is to present a proposal for a pa-rametric analysis for intra-urban space of the Federal District of the Brazil. The proposal is to indicate guidelines for future interventions to im-prove urban space quality. We evaluated the en-vironmental provision related to the scale of the place considering the sensory issues and spa-ce under the influence of local characteristics. Was defined as an object of study is the Banking Sector North that represent the gregarious sca-le of Brasilia. The analysis can determine the control of environmental effects by the action of the users of urban space, the position of the elements that help the ambiance, the degree of concentration or expansion that allows the envi-ronmental comfort, the existence of barriers or factors that facilitate the flow of people partitio-ning, and unification of space from the action of environmental effects. It follows that of the Sec-tor Banking North's public space have not a con-ducive conditions gregarious, able to promote to coexistence, under the original proposal for the Pilot Plan of Brasilia.
