CIDADANIA, PRÁXIS E ORGANIZAÇÃO SOCIAL: O DIREITO DE AÇÃO POPULAR NO SEIO DO DIREITO CONSTITUCIONAL BRASILEIRO

This article aims to deal with the constitutional remedy of popular actions, provided for in Art. 5, inc. LXXIII of the Federal Constitution of 1988, as a space for the realization of political praxis, as well as to analyze the exchanges between citizenship, politics, state and society in the positivation of the right of popular action. Methodologically, the work is based on a dynamic that sought to walk through the origins of the conception of citizenship in History, so that it was possible to work on Brazilian contemporaneity from a jurisdictional perspective of citizenship that adds, in its formulation, references already seen in the socialization of various peoples. In this reflection, the concept of political praxis goes against citizen participation, in a broad sense, aiming at observing the exchanges between the political and the legal in the positive perspective of the right of popular action.
