Dear Reader,
We are pleased to present a new issue of the University of Brasilia Journal of Law and Regulation (JLR), in which we are delighted to include articles on responsive regulation in Personal Mobile Service infrastructure sharing contracts, mergers and acquisitions in the higher education sector in Brazil, challenges on regulating Big Techs, regulation strategies in double taxation agreements and treaties, responsiveness in the new railway regulatory framework in Brazil, cachaça responsive regulation.
For future issues, we will continue to publish articles on all regulated sectors from law and interdisciplinary perspectives, not least related to advances at the intersection of law and regulatory practice.
We hope you will enjoy reading this issue, and we look forward to the next issue release on May 2023.
