Abstract

The objective was to evaluate the influence of inoculation of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) Claroideoglomus etunicatum and Rhizophagus clarus under levels of goat dung in substrate subsoil LATOSSOLO AMARELO (LA) on growth, quality and efficiency in mycorrhizal leucena seedlings. At 60 days after sowing were measured shoot height, stem diameter, number of leaves, dry weight of root and shoot, root length, root volume, relative shoot height, stem diameter, relative dry matter aerial root dry mass, index qualities Dickson, efficiency and rate of mycorrhizal root colonization. The experimental design was randomized block in a 3x4 factorial design matching: two AMF species (C. etunicatum, R. clarus and without inoculation), four levels of dung manure (0, 15, 30 and 60%). The best expression of seedling growth occurs with 35% manure added underground LA. The inoculation with R. clarus and C. etunicatumnot affect biometric parameters and qualities of leucena seedlings on substrate formed with LA and goat dung.
