The aim of this work was to evaluate the effect of garlic and agave extracts on Fusarium oxysporum S..The first experiment was driven at laboratory, where was evaluated the spores germination and the micelial growth disposed in a factorial scheme 2x5 with six replicates. The factors were: two vegetable extracts with five concentrations; the second experiment was accomplished in greenhouse, where was evaluated the incidence of plants with symptoms of wilt, thirty days after the planting. The treatments originated from a 2x2x3 factorial scheme with four replicates, being the factors: two soil types, two times of application and three products. The two extracts inhibited the germination and the micelial growth on concentration of 40%. The post planting application of extracts on fertile soil reduced the incidence of affected plants.
