Abogacía y sistema legal en las primeras décadas del Estado Soviético (1917-1956)

Este artículo es una introducción a las transformaciones ocurridas en el ámbito de la abogacía en las primeras décadas de la Unión Soviética. Se hace una descripción sobre el surgimiento repentino de la profesión en la época zarista y la desaparición de la misma con la Revolución de Octubre; se analizan los motivos que llevaron al restablecimiento de la profesión en los primeros años de la década del 20 y los cambios ocurridos en la actividad a partir de la colectivización total a fines de los 20 y hasta poco después de la muerte de Stalin. Al mismo tiempo se analizan las tesis de diferentes investigadores sobre la historia de las profesiones en los países capitalistas y se intenta aplicarlas a las transformaciones ocurridas en la abogacía en este período de la Unión Soviética.
