The text makes a description about the sudden emergence of the profession in the Tsarist era and the disappearance of the same with the October Revolution; and also analyses the reasons that led to the restoration of the profession in the early years of the Decade of the 20th and the transformations that have occurred in the activity from the total collectivization in the late 1920s and until shortly after Stalin's death.
