The work discusses the issue of power and writing in women’s contemporary literature, especially in the present transnational and globalized context. It examines theoretical issues related to the space occupied by literature and by feminist literary criticism in our contemporary times and focuses on the themes and approaches related to power, fear and affect in the literary production by women writers.
