Abstract

This essay proposes a comparison between the lawyers production process in France and in Brazil, aiming to bring critical approaches towards the Brazilian experience. This is not a full scientific article, I don't present a complete research based in data analysis to build an objective point. This paper was written in the frontier between a scientific article and ans a position paper. Calling it a “brief essay” I intent to not raise expectations the reader will not find on the text.
