Agriculture “modernization”, that in Latin-American seems to be manifested through productive resources intensification and concentration, leads to establishment non sustainable agro-systems, with serious socio-economical and environment consequences. Agro-ecological research allows identify alternatives to counteract those effects, with special hit to farmers with lower recourses. Although it isn’t possible find universal strategies, the agro-ecological basic principles can get to be extensive to different situation for higher research efficiency. Conceptual frame development for try to answer: How it can be able to put together andsystematize the existent information, in order to capitalize its results in different areas and avoid extra measure? It’s possible rely on a mechanism of integration, synthesis and re-establish that complement the researching and allow leads its actions? Which are the rules to consider for compare the results and tendencies come from different bio-physical and socio-economical situations? Some Argentinean regional examples are use to illustrate this concepts. Three types of systems have been considered for the derivation of case studies: (I) High Adaptability, Lower Fragility (AABF); (II) Medium Adaptability and Fragility (MAMF) and (III) Low Adaptability, High Fragility (BAAF). The implementation of this framework identifies aspects of sustainability in the process of intensification, which must be addressed by research programs
