In this article, we seek to reflect how the discourse analyst can address the issue of discursive inequality, that is, the impossibility - or, at least, the difficulty - of some individuals or some categories of individuals to access what I will call the esfera superior of speech, which brings together discursive activities that have authority. To that end, we examine the discursive categories of spokespersons - (porte-parole) and representative (porte-voix), while specific modalities of speech delegation of social actors. Some discursive facts about French society are analyzed, trying to show the productivity of such categories for the treatment of discursive inequality.
