El Silencio Habla ... Una Prueba Teórica Sobre El Papel Del Silencio Como Instrumento Integrado A Estudios Narrativos

Este ensayo teórico busca comprender, desde el lugar que ocupa en Heidegger, cómo el silencio puede considerarse una instancia integrada a la investigación narrativa en los estudios organizacionales. La admisión de esta instancia es urgente y necesaria, en la medida en que en una comprensión dialéctico-dialógica, lo que se dice revela tanto de lo que no se dice. Entendemos que esta comprensión puede aportar una sofisticación metodológica, capaz de acercarnos a la dinámica organizacional en profundidad, así como de una comprensión crítica sobre el uso instrumental que las organizaciones hacen de las narrativas para lograr los más diversos fines.
