O silêncio fala... um ensaio teórico sobre o papel do silêncio como instância integrada aos estudos narrativos

Este ensaio teórico busca compreender, a partir do lugar em que ocupa em Heidegger, de que maneira o silêncio pode ser considerado uma instância integrada à s pesquisas narrativas em estudos organizacionais. A admissão dessa instância é urgente e necessária, na medida em que em uma compreensão dialético-dialógica o dito revela tanto sobre o não dito. Entendemos que esta compreensão pode proporcionar uma sofisticação metodológica, capaz de nos aproximar em profundidade da dinâmica organizacional, bem como de um entendimento crítico acerca do uso instrumental que as organizações fazem das narrativas para o alcance dos mais diversos fins
