Abstract

This theoretical essay seeks to understand, based on Heidegger's position, in which way or silence can be considered an integrated institution in narrative investigations in organizational studies. Upon admission to the institution and urgent and necessary, to the extent that a dialectical-dialogic understanding or understanding reveals as much about or not. We understand that this understanding can provide a methodological sophistication, capable of bringing us closer to the depth of organizational dynamics, as well as a critical understanding about the instrumental use that organizations face narratives for or achieve two more diverse purposes.
