Abstract

In a lecture given in 2020 at the Oxford Law and Equality Lecture seminar, based on interdisciplinary readings and writings on the law and politics of race in the United States, Professor Kendall Thomas presented a critical description of the attacks that Critical Race Theory suffered from the administration of Donald Trump and far-right political groups. The lecture was transcribed and translated by Inara Flora Cipriano Firmino for the InSURgência dossier "Rights and racial relations".
