About the Journal
Launched in 2013, the journal História, historias is a publication of the University of Brasilia Department of History Graduate Program (UnB/PPGHIS). The journal publishes original articles and book reviews (portuguese, spanish, english and french) within the scope of history and related areas. It is an open access journal. No fees are charged from authors neither for peer review nor publication. Its goal is to be a national and international open channel for innovative research developed particularly by historians. The abbreviated title is hh. It shall be used in bibliographies, footnotes, references and bibliographic strip.

História, histórias (ISSN 2318-1729) is a journal of the Graduate Program in History at the University of Brasília (PPGHIS/UnB). Open access and free of charge, it publishes articles, translations, interviews and reviews every four months in Portuguese, English, Spanish, Italian and French. The journal does not charge authors any fees for evaluating, editing and publishing their texts. Its mission is to be a relevant channel for the dissemination of scientific research in the field of History, both at home and abroad.
