The editorial analyzes current Brazilian journals – with articles published in the last five years, that is, from 2018 onwards – which include articles in Information Science and related areas, published under the open access modality. In each record are the basic bibliographic data, its internet address, the last CAPES Qualis classification and mentions of the main subjects included in the publication. In addition, the articles included in the second issue of 2022 of the Ibero-American Journal of Information Science are commented.
