A Mobilização para as Operações de Paz da ONU como instrumento de fortalecimento do Estado Argentino Pós-Redemocratização
Abstract
Na década de 1990, a Argentina foi um dos principais contribuintes para as operações de paz da ONU (PKO[1]). O país vinha de um regime militar, colapsado econômica e politicamente após uma guerra fracassada com uma grande potência. A Guerra das Malvinas/Falkland entre a Argentina e o Reino Unido acabou sendo um dos fatores que contribuíram para a eleição de Raúl Alfonsín, civil, em 1983. Num cenário de tentativa de retomada do poder pelos civis e de reorganização interna do Estado, o que poderia levar a Argentina a se tornar um dos principais contribuintes de PKO nos anos 1990?
