Capital social y pobreza urbana: el lugar de las instituciones oficiales en la superación de la precariedad en territorios periféricos de Ciudad de La Habana, Cuba
Abstract
Hasta 1990 el modelo de desarrollo cubano había tenido éxito según los niveles observables de equidad e inclusión social casi tendientes a la homogenización. No obstante, existe una parte de la población que, a pesar de la igualdad de oportunidades que este sistema universal de servicios sociales ha ofrecido y ofrece, reproduce sus condiciones de pobreza sin lograr superarlas. La activación del capital social de las personas que viven en condiciones de pobreza en los territorios periféricos de Ciudad de la Habana contribuye a la reproducción de este fenómeno más que a superarlo.Downloads
