Abstract

Similarities and differences with the time of Marini
Abstract
The main theory of dependency theory has anticipated trends in neoliberal globalization. He analyzed the productive globalization, the centrality of the exploration and the gravitation of surplus value transfers. But the employment crisis outweighs Marini's anticipation, in a setting upset by the United States' mutation, the decomposition of the USSR, and the rise of China. The new national and social gaps emerge in an internationalized economy with no correlation in the dominant states and classes. This absence of total transnationalization recreates the dependency. The semiperipheries present an economic dimension distinct from the geopolitical status of sub-imperialism. The "Global South" does not reincarnate the old periphery, nor does it include China. There are strong pillars to renew dependence.
Key words: Dependency ”“ Capitalism ”“ Neoliberalism
