With a synthesis of the principal doctrinaire positions on the validity of obligational relations what have installment without “patrimonial content”, the conception of the obligational relation shows up like complex process, when there is highlighted the relevance of the paradigm of the cooperation, looking for subsidies in the VIERKANDT’s typology of social relations, with the purpose of outlining the meaning like parameter of interpretation / application of the principle of the objective good-faith.
