AUTONOMIA NO ENSINO-APRENDIZAGEM EM LÍNGUA INGLESA: uma proposta multi/intercultural

Based on the assumption of autonomy in learning, this project searches for a new political and psychological version of autonomy. In that approach the student understands that learning the English language goes beyond just learning grammar rules. It is possible to strengthen one’s ability to make choices and take responsibility for them, watching and learning from different cultures and seeing the nuances of the historical context for each particular nation. Thus, understanding the need to respect their backgrounds and encouraging their coexistence in harmony, with no loss of their values or risk of them becoming mutually exclusive.
