Abstract

Strategies aiming at agricultural sustainability have pointed the potential uses of microorganisms that promote plant growth as well as mitigatigate the use of agrochemicals. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of different doses of effective microorganisms (EM) on the initial growth of millet, Pennisetum glaucum (L.)). The use of EM positively influenced all the evaluated characteristics of Pennisetum glaucum (ADR300), in the dosage of 40ul.
