The objective of this work is to report the experience of the course “PANC, an Alternative in the Quarantine”, which was composed of 115 students from different regions of Brazil. The methodology used was action research, supported by a bibliographic review, application of an electronic form and testimonies collected during the course, which were used to generate and contribute to a conclusion on the importance of valuing traditional knowledge
