Abstract

The seedling production of quality is one of the factors that determine the good performanceof the plants in the field. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of different doses of bio-fertilizer applied to the substrate in the emergence and early development of seedlings of cupuaçu. The experiment was conducted in a greenhouse of the College of the Amazon, in the municipality of Vilhena-RO. The biofertilizer used was the New Supermagro, diluted in water in the 30% solution of which withdrew the dosages of 0, 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 mL applied directly on the substrate. The variables evaluated were: emergency speed index (IVE), emergency expressed in percentage % (E), plant height in cm (H), stem diameter in mm (DC), aboveground dry weight (g) (MSPA), root dry mass (g) (MSR), total dry mass (g) (MST). It was found by regression analysis that there was significant responses for all variables studied the application of doses of biofertilizer. The application of biofertilizer in substrate influenced positively the development of seedlings of cupuaçu and stand out the doses between 10 and 30 mL.
