Serviços de referência digital em bibliotecas universitárias: o caso do serviço de referência da Divisão de Biblioteca e Documentação da PUC-Rio

A pesquisa objetivou obter dados para a avaliação do serviço de referência digital da DBD/PUC-Rio. O estudo de caso foi baseado nos modelos de Lankes (2002/2003), McClennen e Memmott (2001) e nas recomendações da IFLA (2006) e da ALA (2006). O resultado mostrou a estrutura do serviço, planejamento, acessibilidade, expectativas e satisfação e treinamento dos usuários, o papel do bibliotecário e a operacionalização da busca. A análise mostrou falhas quanto ao treinamento dos bibliotecários e dos usuários. A conclusão demonstra que o serviço de referência digital da DBD/PUC-Rio fornece um serviço de busca de informação e é bem avaliado pelos usuários.
